Procrastination, we've all been there. Do any of these sound familiar; cleaning your bathroom when you have an essay due in the next day, deciding you have to work out when you have a work deadline due, baking a cake instead of doing work (unless you own a bakery), I'm sure they do. Instagram holes are so easy to get lost in, so here are some tips to help you get out.
2. Put your phone away; have your phone on loud if it's for work purposes but put it away in your bag, that way you're less tempted to check your feed. I know you are don't deny it.
3. Set a strict schedule; a good way to start is 30 minutes on each task with a 5 minute break in between each task. You'll be ticking off the to-do's all day!
4. Eat healthily and drink lots of water; toilet breaks are a justifiable distraction and you'll feel great if you're eating well. Think maximum fruit and veg with some fiber!
5. Have a pleasant work environment. Have a desk that is comfortable, with plenty storage space to keep things tidy. If you have a workshop like we do, spend a few days rethinking if the layout is right and how you can make little changes to declutter.
